There is no mistaking the subject, the Bible is clear, witchcraft and its practices are off limits. Deuteronomy 18:10 tells us “There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch” Jeremiah 29:8 and 9, states He did not send them. “For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed. For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, saith the LORD. They are not from God. First Chronicles 10:13 tells us Saul even died from his transgression. What transgression? He sought the counsel from the witch of Endor.
As believers we know this. We also know the secular world sees the paranormal world in which we live differently. Many people dabble in the occult, and magic. While the practice has been around for thousands of years, recently it’s been increasing at an alarming rate. It’s no longer considered bad, or even unusual in our culture. Only extreme versions of black or dark magic are considered evil, while white or good magic is something that can be used for good purposes.
While there’s no question as believers we know are not to play with magic, it never states it doesn’t work. In fact it states otherwise. In Exodus Jannes and Jambres practiced powerful magic. In Act’s 8 we read of Simon the Sorcerer who bewitched the people. His power was so great, the people thought it was from God. It was not.
Ask anyone in Washington and they’ll tell you it’s a place of intense spiritual warfare, with the practice of witchcraft being practiced at the highest levels of government. Family Research Counsel’s Lieutenant Colonel Bob Maginnis (ret.) should know. He spent many years working in Washington D.C. and the Pentagon. He recently authored a book called The Deeper State. In his book he discusses the dark forces that operate within our government. At the head of these forces is Lucifer himself. He has openly stated in many interviews witchcraft, as well as other occult practices, take place behind closed doors of our government. Talk show and radio host Clyde Lewis of Groundzero Radio puts it like this “There are a number of people in Washington, using political witchcraft , satanism, both the lighter side of satanism and the darker perverse side of satanism. It’s now becoming the norm.” No question about it, witchcraft has entered politics, and has been there for many years, perhaps as long as we’ve been a nation.
There are people who believe it is these dark forces of evil, and practitioners of dark arts who helped Donald Trump get elected. Ever since he was elected, witches have dominated the news with report after report of them banding together, in order to cast binding spells against him. These witches, or more appropriately called wiccan’s, believe they are helping to prevent the president from doing harm, or as some put it, prevent him from advancing what they believe to be a fascist agenda. They believe they are using good magic in order to counteract dark magic. They don’t realize magic in all forms is bad and demonic.
On the 19th of September, Tucker Carlson of Fox News interviewed Amanda Yates Garcia. Amanda, who calls herself “The Oracle of Los Angeles”, is one of these witches. She participates on one of these binding rituals every month.
In Washington D.C. there is a coven of witches called ‘The Firefly House’. They meet monthly in Washington D.C. to cast these binding spells as well. Perhaps even more shocking, a group called the ‘ Yerba Mala Collective’ has teamed up with ANTIFA activists in order to cast similar binding spells — on him… and those who support him. They have gone so far as to create an anti-fascist spell book which reads in part “And if it harm none, do what thou wilt” and in another part “And if it harms fascists do what thou wilt”
With all the binding spells and rituals being cast against the president I think it may be prudent to ask, is it actually working? Some believe it is, and has been discussed at length on social media.
There is no denying, since Trump has taken office it’s been difficult for him to get any of his agenda accomplished. It’s generally blamed on various political issues or certain congressman but it may be prudent to ask the question, are these spells working? It’s possible that these binding spells may be the force behind his difficulty.
While not receiving much if any coverage in the news, is another story about witchcraft. It seems the practice has not escaped the United Nations. Driven largely from persecution of albinos in Tanzania at the hands of witch doctors, experts last week are gathered in Geneva to discuss, as they have put it, “harmful practices related to witchcraft such as various forms of torture and murder, discrimination and exclusion, including banishment from communities” However what sounds reasonable might be a red flag, and something to watch. The intentions are no doubt well meaning, but it could be the first step in a worldwide government regulation of witches and witchcraft. Regulation and persecution of religion has to start somewhere. Is this the first step for a future beast system in attempt to integrate us all into a one world religion?
While some Christians might welcome a governmental persecution against witches, it may be prudent to remember the words of German Lutheran pastor Martin Niemöller (1892–1984) about World War 2.
“First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.”
Don’t misunderstand me, I personally do not participate in any sort of witchcraft, nor do I recommend anybody do so. I know we have always had practitioners of witchcraft, but it’s clear in recent years witchcraft has become increasingly more and more popular. More people today are dabbling, and it’s not clear if some fully know what they’re getting themselves into. I also understand that the vast majority of practicing witches today are not evil by societal standards. They care about people and believe they are using their craft for good by attempting to bind what they perceive to be evil. But understand this, when one practices witchcraft, they place themselves at risk of demonic deception, oppression, or worse, in some cases even possession.
Government regulation of any religion never turns out well, and world government oversight would no doubt be even worse. The Bible tells us of a day when Christians and Jews will be persecuted on a scale never before seen. As in the case of Nazi Germany, It always starts somewhere.
Always remember For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12 (KJV)
